• Flying Scot The staff were very helpful even when I called them the previous evening. On return back the staff were very quick to answer the phone when I called to tell them we had landed even when we had been delayed by 2 hrs in New York.

• Flying Scot We have been using this car park for a few years now and are very happy with it. After travelling by air for approximately 20 hour(2 flights) we were tired and frozen on leaving airport but there on a very cold and very frosty morning was a minibus waiting to take us to our car. The staff had not only cleared up the first they had also heated it for us. We were so grateful to this friendly staff and would only use this car park and highly recommend it. First class service.

• Flying Scot We booked flying Scot and when going to destination was fine, but the return leg was far from that... we called to say we would like picked up but were left waiting for half an hour in the mid morning and when eventually the mini bus arrived there was not enough room for all that were waiting.. no reason or anything given... very disappointing.

• Flying Scot Took me 3 laps of Edinburgh airport and nearly a divorce looking for bcp parking signs and no one knew who bcp were. Unknown to me it was flying Scot we were looking for and when arrived our details weren't on the system bur apart from that great maybe a sign post with directions to bcp

• Flying Scot Parking changed less than 24 hrs before departure to a car park 1.5 miles away from airport. Only 1 bus running with a 15 minute wait for departure and a 35 minute wait on return

• Flying Scot Boooking in went smoothly, but on return due to car park being very busy, our car was transferred to overspill car park. dropped off by bus, but car was parked in what was a big field. No markings, therefore it was hunt for your car. Was early afternoon when we returned & weather was dry / Sunny. But if it had been later, was dark or raining it would have been a disaster. Because of this I wouldn't book with Flying Scot car park again.

• Flying Scot Flying Scot did not have the manpower, organisation, a big enough fleet of buses or the customer service needed to deal with the large volume of customers checking in or waiting to travel to the airport. I attribute this to their greed to take reservations when they did not have the capacity to deal with the number of cars. PURE GREED!!! My email of complaint to Holiday Extras was sent on 24/9/18

• Flying Scot Outward trip good, return trip very poor.
  Small mini bus couldn't cope with queue so came back an age later.
  Back at reception I had to take another trip to an over flow car park. Told to try and spot my car. Then had to return to reception for other passengers.
  Only 1 bus working while another sat empty in yard.

• Flying Scot Car drop off was a fiasco as cars getting dropped anywhere and everywhere even out on main road, on arrival home i noticed ticket i had been given had my name, wrong return home date, different car type and wrong registration. When i mentioned this on phoning for transfer lady on phone did not want to know. When we arrived a Flying Scot carp park they had no idea where mt car was, had wrong info attached to car keys so people had to wander round car park to find car.

• Flying Scot Excellent service and close to the terminal. Only snag I see is the size of the transfer bus as it only held 12 people. At busy times another bus would be needed.
