• Flying Scot When I returned to my car after my holiday it had been scratched by someone pulling a case along the side of my car. The cars had been parked near the drop off point in the car park and there was very little space between each car. The cars had been reversed in to spaces meaning that to get to the boot to put cases in people had to go between cars. Common sense would have told me that it would be better for the cars to have been driven into spaces so that people could put cases in boots easily but unfortunately My car is now damaged. Reported this to the staff. A gentleman came out with some sort of cleaner they use when valeting cars but scratches are still visible. There was no mention of looking at CCTV although there appeared to be one in the office. I used this car park as the one I normally use was fully booked I won't be back!

• Flying Scot On our return to Edinburgh airport the transport back to the car park did not turn up. We had to walk to the car park. I do not think I shall use this car park again BUT, that was nothing to do with BCP

  Phoned flying Scot at 10 .50 and was told to go to pick up point 7 Phoned three further times and was eventually uplifted at 11.30pm. Would not use this facility again

• Flying Scot Upon arrival the transfer bus was sitting waiting. Office work was simple and only took minutes to be dropped of. Our luggage was loaded and unloaded by the driver. We were told stance 9 for return and bus was waiting for us again. Only thing I can say is I am glad it was dry as the road would have been very muddy with puddles. Not good for arriving with sandels thats the only complaint I would have. Service was excellent
