We were one of the first people eating but there was no quieueing system and people who arrived after us got on board the bus The driver just became aggressive when we challenged him. • Low Cost I found the location easy to find with your advised directions when I booked the parking, even though this was the first time I had used BCP. On arrival the staff were very courteous and professional in their outlook, even though it was. The staff went through the process very well and were very clear on the detail for checking in and also for what to do on my return. The courtesy bus was ready within a few minutes and our transfer to the airport was completed with no problems at all. The driver was chatty and professional and assisted everyone that required help. The person who parked up the left vehicles asked if there was any specifics about the cars and again was very professional with the people. The whole process was slick and professional and the staff were exactly what you would wish for, which made for a very pleasant experience. I would have no reservations in fully recommending BCP to other potential users, backed up by the professional staff and service. The cost as well which is important to people was the cheapest around but with the best service around. Thank you very much from my wife and I.

On both occasions there was only one bus in use between the depot and airport, resulting in a waiting time of 30 + mins both times, despite seeing at least 5 buses in the depot car park not in use. However, the cost of booking a car at BCP is very reasonable.
