• Low Cost Our outward journey was very smooth as it was early in the morning. I found the staff at your office fabulous. They were very helpful and friendly. On our return we couldn't find the courtesy phone which wasn't a problem as we have mobiles. The wait for the bus back was a wee bit longer than expected but given that the driver told us there were 7 flights landing at the same time this was understandable. All in all I found Low Cost gave a great service and would definitely use you again and recommend to family and friends.

• Low Cost parking itself was fine. I was not happy with the guy who picked me up from the airport. I know it was a middle of the night but the guys was rude. I think he assumed I don't speak English and talk to me in very rude way. When I reached the parking my car was not ready. I was told I came one day too early. Don't know how it is possible as I provide them with my flight info.

On return from a week away the bus was on time to collect us, all our bags were carefully loaded and unloaded and my car was at the door waiting for me. • Low Cost when we arrived at the parking lot, there was an enormous queue to book in, as soon as we booked in we had to stand outside due to the fact there was no room in reception. The rain was very heavy, there was at least a queue of-30 people, waiting on a mini bus. The mini bus only seats people, so we had wait approx. minutes. Everyone was saying how badly organised this was, and the company were aware of how many customers were due to arrive. In all the times that we have used this type of facility this is the first time and last time using yourselves as this standing around for this length of time and in the cold, with no shelter to stand in, was not acceptable. We have never had to wait this long.
