• ABC Meet and Greet The staff were very friendly and helpful. Dropping the car off was so easy and straightforward. We were delayed on our way home and this was also handled brilliantly. Our flight was tracked so that staff knew how late we would be and our car was brought back to us promptly on our return. All the staff we spoke to were very friendly staff.

• ABC Meet and Greet The pick up and drop off drivers couldn't have been more polite and helpful. Great job. We called ahead about minutes before arrival as we were running early but I had to wait outside Gatwick S for more than minutes when I got there in the freezing cold. Took too long I think. On collection called when we had our bags but when we got outside it took mins for car to arrive. Need to shorten these times please

  The prior notification was very clear, the contract regarding our impending arrival was efficient and there was a most pleasant man waiting for us when we arrived who seemed very professional.
  On return, again, every aspect was well managed, timely and without fuss.
  We experienced no waiting, no time wasting and, therefore, no anxiety, as we have with other such companies in the past.

  You were by far the best company we have dealt with, the fact you text on the day to give number to call is great, and also I was impressed with the fact that I needed to change the car i was using and Incoukd change this online easily.
  All in all a great experience, I would thoroughly recommend ABC to all.

• ABC Meet and Greet No it did not go smoothly we phoned before as instructed we waited and waited we phoned again and was told you were struggling for drivers in the end my wife went to the terminal without me and I had to drive around three times before driver arrived. I wasn't happy

• ABC Meet and Greet Would definitely recommend. Did the meet and greet service. Staff very friendly, helpful. Return pickup excellent. Car waiting for me, friendly driver. A bit unclear where to park on arrival - I waited for about mins and it appeared I was parked on the wrong side of the drop off area. Park directly outside the Sofitel and you will be in the right place. I had to drive round the block and back to leave it in the right place as the drivers are legally not allowed to pick up from where I was waiting. I think that contributed to the delay. A map to make this more clear would be fab. Otherwise excellent.

• ABC Meet and Greet On our return, we followed instructions and called to say we had arrived. After waiting minutes, I called to find out where our car was. I was told the car had a flat battery and they had to jump start the car. My car has never had a flat battery. The man on the phone was abrupt and unhelpful. He should have at least called us to explain. When the car arrived, after a minute wait, the driver explained a rear light had been left on. This should not have happened, and was obviously missed by the staff. It is unlikely I left a rear light on. The driver did apologise, but I was not at all happy and would not use this company again.
