• ABC Meet and Greet Disappointed that most of the controls on the car were changed - radio, air con, mirrors, steering wheel at least maybe I haven't discovered any others yet. This is not normal from past experience.

• ABC Meet and Greet I was a little early but phoned the number only to be told you will have to wait mate, the call operator was not helpful. The the car has obviously been parked under a tree as was covered in twigs on return.

• ABC Meet and Greet Arrived at airport early and had to wait 30 minutes for car to be collected. Flight back was also early and car delivered back very efficiently without any wait. Staff collecting and delivering car are bothe very friendly and efficient.

• ABC Meet and Greet We were early and you were soon there to collect the car and the car was waiting for us at the agreed place when we came out after collecting our bags. So exactly what it said on the tin.

• ABC Meet and Greet We left a little extra time as we were travelling into Gatwick from Devon. When we called up 10 minutes ahead of our arrival, the operator was unfriendly and said we would have to wait 40 minutes. I would be surprised if we were the first people to have ever arrived early! A grumpy operator is not the best start to an eagerly anticipated anniversary trip. We had to wait about 20 minutes in the snow on our return too - I will be opting for the cheaper shuttle option next time as we would have reached the airport faster and been back to our car sooner than by using this more expensive 'faster' service.

• ABC Meet and Greet We had to wait 20 minutes on arrival having phoned 10 minutes beforehand. The driver switched the parking lights on so the battery was flat for our return. We had to wait 30 minutes on our return.
  I had booked valet parking to avoid the waiting for a bus. It would have been quicker and more convenient to have gone to the long stay car park. In short the experience was not what the website described.

• ABC Meet and Greet When we first arrived we had to wait 20 minutes or so as apposed to 10 - but other than that the guy who returned the car was fantastic. Efficient, friendly & a sense of humour. Will definately use again.

• ABC Meet and Greet Drop off went very smoothly. On our return we had to wait about 20 mins late at night in the rain for our car to be brought to us. However the van was there waiting to take the driver back so we were able to sit in it and wait.

• ABC Meet and Greet Drop off perfect driver waiting and short walk to terminal , pick up poor took 7 mins to get through on phone after collecting luggage as requested then a further 20+ mins for driver to return vehicle not acceptable at 6am in the winter If I had knew it was to take so long I would have called before I got luggage and have driver waiting for me in my warm car instead !! collection set up needs to be improved I'm afraid
