Useful instruction card given with written directions for pick up. This was very welcome after a long flight. Staff friendly and well presented. Would book again and would highly recommend.

• ABC Meet and Greet Up until the point where I called to say we were 10 minutes from the airport I had no idea the company was called "Help me park"!I had incorrectly guessed my arrival time to the airport and telephone staff was very unsympathetic telling me it was my fault I would have to wait longer than usual.
