  My only observation is that with modern suitcases that glide so easily a better way of securing them is required on your buses as on both journeys suitcases broke free and were moving about the bus.

  Never had any problems we find from arriving at the car park to booking in and then picking the car up always goes smoothly.
  This year we had to leave the car keys on the windscreen not in the car we were not sure about the security of this but as we have used you for many years we did.
  when we arrived back we caught the bus at stand number six[ this time we arrived at lunch time never been this time before]we found did not matter where you queued from when the bus arrived they just got on it was chaos not enough space people got left at the pick up point we only just got on and we were first in the queue but certainly not the first on.

• Terrible. I needed an extra day due to a Ryan air strike but there was no flexibility. They wanted an extra £49 for one day extra which wasn’t my fault. So I was unable to use my parking that had been booked and had to find another way for gettinf to the airport.
