• We got on the wrong bus as we didn’t realise 3 other companies use the stop. Although we later saw it written on the bus stop. We wasted an hour travelling back and forth. It would be helpful if you make it clearer on the white card to make sure you get on the right bus!

• Arrived back late evening on the 14th April North Terminal.Waited at stop with large number of other travellers for over twenty minutes.When bus did arrive it was crammed packed because of another pick up at South terminal.Driver told me that only four buses working.Not good enough bearing in mind number of flights that had come in.
