• Everything about the car park, transfers, staff etc was fine. Only problem is that it's further from the terminals than some alternatives. I'd use it again if there was a significant price saving (as there was this time) but if prices were similar I'd probably use a different car park.

• I booked on line, but realised I put the wrong time and needed to arrive half an hour earlier. I did try to change update the time of arrival, but the system wouldn’t allow me to do so. I turned up at purple parking half an hour early the staff had no issues with that and the whole experience went very smoothly straight onto a bus to Gatwick north. It was the same on the return not long after getting to the bus stop got on a bus to the car park to pick up my keys at Purple Parking.

• Does the job and gets the car parked. After reviewing the dash camera footage the cars are extremely close together when parked and leaves almost no room to open and close doors. I would rather pay the extra charge to not have somebody squeeze into my car and swear in pain. then franticly moving the chair.
