• APH I booked the car parking with BCP. We followed the directions given and arrived at APH Parking. No mention of BCP. Had to pull in and ask at reception if we were at the correct place. Other than that all went smoothly.

• APH Flight was delayed and I called to pick up the car temporarily. Was told it was ok, but when I got there they said it was not possible. Time wasted. Apart from that, everything was ok.
