• Long Stay South This was the first time we parked here. No problems at all. Buses ran regularly and the drivers were very polite. Will definitely be using it again.

• Long Stay South The car park was very very full , and it took us far too long to find a space ;fortunately we had time to spare , but for anyone in a hurry they could have lost their gate time at the terminal .The car park itself is well signed and the bus service is excellent , with many stops .
  We also had a problem entering the car park , as the machine did not accept our print-out , so we had to struggle in the dark to see the instructions on the barrier machine as the lighting was very poor , and were assisted via a phone call , with a ticket being issued aurtomatically . Again , bad if in a hurry .On our return it was necessary to visit the reception office to have the ticket validated before leaving - this is not made very clear in the instructions issued at the time of booking and could easily be missed by a less carefull client . It should be emphasised in BOLD letters .
  But it is excellent value for money - coming to the airport would have cost twice as much by public transport ( if 2 or more people travelling ) . The staff were helpful and courteous which prevents me from giving even lower marks .

• Long Stay South It was all fine except the signage was not at all clear that we had to park in Zone A. However staff followed us by van; when we had parked, then told us we had to move elsewhere and re-park! So- better signage or instructions would help. Otherwise, a positive experience. Thank you

• Long Stay South Quite afew bus stops didn't have any info to say if buse stopped there - we walked from E to A with suitcases and z toddler to find a stop where one would pick us up and them had to use intercom !

• Long Stay South The parking, pick up and drop off were all good.... the only slight negative was that in designated area C when I arrived there were very few spaces and it took a while to find somewhere to park.

• Long Stay South We find long stay parking at Gatwick so easy and cheaper than getting a taxi. The shuttle buses are very frequent, and although one pulled away just as we were about to get on, another one came within minutes.
