• Long Stay South Directed to zone A but found to be full - redirected to zone E. Well signposted and found parking place easily. The bus stops were close and journey to and fro to the south terminal was timely. To go to the airport the bus stayed at the bus stops to give people time to walk from their vehicles to the pick up area. An hassle free experience.

• Long Stay South Everything went very smoothly as arrived very early in the morning and found space very easily. Transport to the airport arrived very quickly. Arrived back and transport back to the carpark arrived very quickly and dropped off in Zone A first stop.

• Long Stay South Didn't realise that there were different bus stops in the zones so when we returned to car had to walk around looking for our row number. Please put bus stop number on the signposts so when we take a photo all information is on it for a speedy return.

• Long Stay South Make sure the information in bus stops is correct. It showed bus stopping only for drop off ! I was catching a flight. Upon calling customer service number the agent didn't show much compassion.
