• Long Stay South Everything ran very smoothly. Arrived at barrier, ticket issued followed signs for vacant spaces and parked. Short walk to bus stop and a few minutes later bus arrived. Short trip to departures. Same on return, followed guidance to bus stop and 5 minutes later bus arrived taking us back to the original bus stop. On leaving put ticket into machine and barrier lifted.

• Long Stay South There was a total failure of Customer Service upon returning to LGW. A one hour wait at the bus stop at 11.00PM is completely and utterly unacceptable. You ask for Users return flight details: therefore you know expected demand. You TOTALLY FAILED to meet that demand. No explanation offered: nothing!

• Long Stay South Transfer bus was too small to cope with the volume leading to frayed tempers amongst returning travellers. This was particular irritating at 11pm. A longer, bendy bus might work better. There was also no clear logic to the route and the order of carparks.
