  Arrived at airport transfer to departures by bus efficient and quick.

• Long Stay South Very helpful staff after we left a haversack on the return bus after a tiring journey back(i.e. senior moment!) After calling in to reception and reporting it, the item was returned to us within 5 minutes - simples!

• Long Stay South Parking initially was easy and transfer to the terminal was straight-forward. However our return was made confusing by no clear signage as to where to meet the courtesy bus on arrival back @ Gatwick. This upset was compounded by a flat battery on the car - only to be overcome by a 'patrol' member of staff who politely 'jump-started the car. A big thank you to him & yourselves.

• Long Stay South this company has some of the best customer service possible, we always use them when flying and this year we flew from gatwick with family, 3 days before we went mu son inlaw noticed i had booked the wrong start date for our holiday, but a quick phone call on a sunday evening and within minuets the problem had been sorted and new confirmations emailed to me, with such efficiency and such a helpfull girl at the ends of the phone they deserve to be the number 1 parking company
