• Long Stay South it took us more than half an hour to take us from the bus stop to the airport and once we got to the airport the check in for luggage for our flight had closed two minutes earlier so we missed our flight!!!

• Long Stay South It would be useful to be able to change bookings from North to South terminals without having to cancel one and re book the other - that little exercise cost an extra £20 in fees even though I had paid the cancellation fee.

• Long Stay South Fine going out,but on return the bus drew out just as we got to the stop then we had to wait minutes for another and then the driver went wrong and we were dropped off last so we would have been better off using cheaper option of off site parking.
