• It took 50 minutes from parking my car to get to the airport. It was ridiculous. There is no mention that it was so far away. I waited for 30 minutes for a bus.

• The off site location was too far. When we got the whole car back it was covered with a film of sap or some type of coating. Perhaps you'd parked it under trees. We've used purple parking previously and it was much better as it was closer
