• Not exactly member of staff in the office was abrupt and unhelpful because I was unclear when my flight was due to land. I understand that it was 4am in the morning but surely she was getting unsociable hours for it rude very rude

• We were very impressed with the service. Arrived and were directed where to leave the car. Went and booked in at the office, who were very efficient. We were then told where to leave the key and were off on our holiday. Very easy.

• Definitely will use again. It was very easy. As soon as you drive in to the parking you're told where to stop. You go to reception leave the keys, they give you a voucher you get on the bus and your done. On return you get on the bus, it takes you to the car park when you get to reception you hand in your voucher and your keys are given to you and they tell you which row your car is and that's it your away. Fantastic.

• Wasn't asked for return flight number when I booked the parking. Thought that was odd and chap in car park check in asked for it. Did not have it easily to hand. He said there were challenges with your systems at LHR and LGW coordinating.
