• Parksafe Good car park but a bit dark at night, could do with more lighting and signage for the exit as poor to see at night

• Parksafe The parking was fine until we returned back to Glasgow. It was raining and we had young children with us. We got the bus back to the car park but then I asked my family to wait in reception while I got car. It was about 11.30pm and I parked my car near reception. The security guard came out and went you can’t park there as it is for arrivals. There was no where else to park. I ignored him and started to load our luggage. He then kept shouting in front of my children to move car. I continued to ignore him and loaded my luggage and family in car.
  There was no one who arrived during my time doing this and there were about 10 other parking spaces free. We had also noticed while in Glasgow airport, all check in desks were closed as it was nearly midnight.
  This was very disappointing behaviour

• Parksafe Check in procedure was swift and efficient as was the drop off and pick up. All staff were polite and friendly. Only difficulty was remembering where I had parked the car - my problem not yours. My wife suggested that the next time I should take a picture using my phone.

• Parksafe This is the first time we used this safe port and it was easy you just drop hour car then pick it up at the end of the holiday there was no fuss waiting to give staff out keys etc so would use in the future.

• Parksafe When we returned to collect our car, we were told we had to pay £10 as our flight was delayed. I paid the extra £1.99 to cover this and was told that I have to get the money back from your company. The car park is mainly grass and when going to collect my car my feet got wet due to the rain. This is why I will not use this carpark again.

• Parksafe The parking was longer than a six minute transfer, as suggested by the description. I also drove up to leave the car park and the barrier didn't rise. I then pressed for assistance, which went to a Vodafone answering machine, which then said I couldn't leave a message as the mailbox was full. Thankfully, I reversed slightly and then the barrier lifted on the second attempt - I can only imagine what I would've done otherwise. Shambolic and unprofessional. I rarely use Glasgow airport - I normally use the PremiAir service in Edinburgh, which is seamless in comparison.
