    About 15 mins to terminal 5 rather than the 5 mins advertised but would definitely use again. Good value and good service.

  • Business Park and Ride Sign outside did not state 'BCP' How are we to know that you have several trade names.

  • Business Park and Ride Could not find site (instructions incorrect).On return had to take train to Terminal 5. Minibus arrived after 40 minutes. Driver rude and unhelpful. Car had bird crap on bonnet which could have marked paintwork. Horrendous.

  • Business Park and Ride Very difficult to find in the dark , I drove past it 3 times then had to call to find where they were.
    Pleasant and helpful staff and quick transfer to T5.
    Collection was difficult as I couldn't easily find the pickup point and when I called they had me waiting in the cold and rain. Also the collection took too long.

    However the service was good and will probably use the same service again.

  • Business Park and Ride No problems,easy to find well documented instructions for return journey,very helpful driver on return to Heathrow traffic was horrendous he told us alternative route to reach m25 saved us a good 45 mins. Thank you.
