  • easyHotel Parking No. Not until I booked did it become clear there was no free bus to the hotel. We were then told it was £2.50 a person but on arrival was warned best to get a taxi as this was a public bus...it cost us an extra £31 to and from parking which we had not catered for.

  • easyHotel Parking Will never book the easy hotel parking again. There is no transfer bus- you have to pay and wait so we just ordered a taxi. It almost tripled the price of the original booking and was very inconvenient. You may have specified this on the booking but it wasn’t very clear so I missed it. NEVER AGAIN!

  • easyHotel Parking Very good and clear instruction. Helpful staff. Ibwiyod suggest that you indicate the bus to the station is NOT firvterminsl 4 and t and passengers need to take the airport free train to the terminal which will take addition 29 to 30 min as trains are no so freshest.

  • easyHotel Parking No I was ripped off for a non refundable joke of a service that only ran every 45 minutes and took twice as long and cost twice as much as the local bus service! It was called the hotel hoppa and I am £9 out of pocket thanks to you robbing thieves as you recommended this service when I booked my parking!!!!!

  • easyHotel Parking The staff were ok. Facilities look a bit run down but the car was still there when we got back! Please note it will cost at least £10 to get to Heathrow Airport from there (one way)so don't forget to add £20 at least on top of car park charges. BUT this may still work out far cheaper than some of the other appalling parking prices around the area.

  • easyHotel Parking All went smoothly, but lack of windows is a problem. We had to get up at about 7 am and I could not tell by looking out of the non-existent windows when it was daylight. So, though we knew there would not be windows it was disconcerting.

  • easyHotel Parking Easyhotels was easy to find and park. However the booking did not appear on the computer of the easy hotel. However the person at the desk was very understanding and courteous when I showed him the printout and allowed me to park and travel. He arranged a taxi for me to travel to the airport.

  • easyHotel Parking terrible .. it was not clear that we had to order the hopper bus and it would take minutes
    the recptionist was uninterested and unhelpful
    the hopper bus ticket was dated the 1/8/17 and wwe were prarking on the 3/8/17 so probably wouldnt have worked anyway
    on way back it said there was a hopper from or but when it came it said it didnt go to easy hotel
    so both ways we had to get a taxi
    i would like a refund

  • easyHotel Parking Nothing wrong with BCP website. Everything as expected. The only thing wrong with the easy parking is the transfer to the airport. Long wait for a bus and then it doesn't go to T5. I was in a bit of a rush so had to pay £12 for a taxi to get to and from airport.

  • easyHotel Parking There was a major problem with the H8 Hoppa bus booked to take me from Easyhotel to Terminal 3. A minute wait between buses is too long (the time between buses was only revealed after I'd made the booking). I arrived at c.16:40 to find the next bus had been cancelled due to heavy traffic ... The first available bus wouldn't arrive until after:00. I had no choice but to take a taxi. This cost £15 on top of the fare already paid when booking the parking. On the return trip there was a minute wait in freezing conditions. I won't be taking this parking option again. The bus transfer was totally unsatisfactory. I feel entitled to have the taxi fare refunded as the Hoppa failed to fulfil its obligation to provide the transit service in a timely fashion.

  • easyHotel Parking The parking was absolutely fine though I doubt there is much security for vehicles parked here. The Hoppa Service was questionable given I was dropped off on the main road as the driver didn't want to visit the destination as it might be difficult to manoeuvre back out again.

  • easyHotel Parking we booked Easy Hotel Parking, the shuttle bus has very poor service, waited an hour in the cold before the driver turned up and asked us to hurry up because he was running late, also asked us to pay again although we showed him the paid return tickets. He dropped us half an mile before the car park place with 3 big suitcase, asked us to walk!!!!!!!!! never again with Easy Hotel!

  • easyHotel Parking Arrived at the hotel parking, was told the hoppa couldn't get to me because of traffic, another gentleman had to get a taxi!! On the return journey hoppa never arrived at 1947 and then was late for the next pick up.

  • easyHotel Parking We arrived slightly later due to traffic and were told we had to wait for 45 minutes and then it would take 20 minutes to get there. We called a cab.
    Exactly the same problem on return so called a cab.
    Shuttle service needs to be more frequent.

  • easyHotel Parking The driver going to the terminal was rude and unhelpful. The easy hotel receptionist stated that they had nothing to do with your company and we couldn't book our return hoppa. We nearly missed our flight because of the lack of help from the hoppa driver. I would never use this service again. There was no Parking available when we arrived and we had to wait for another car to leave before we had a space.
