Good To Go Drop and Ride T5 I arrived at the carpark on the morning of the 1st December to find the gates closedand no one there. I asked a lady working in the building opposite and she told me it has shut down a few weeks ago. I had called BCP the day before check my booking and to suggest the best time for me to arrive and I didn't get told the carpark had closed down. I also changed my car on the website and I was sent a confirmation email with the same carpark address. I tried to phone the carpark number the the man who answered didn't understand me and was little help. I tried phoning BCP but due to it being 5am the line was closed. Becoming very stressed and upset I had to go park my car in terminal 5 pod business parking which cost me Â£136.50 for the weekend. I was very upset as I had already paid Â£44.99 for my parking with BCP.

Good To Go Drop and Ride T5 Excellent service, great customer focus, very clean and comfortable bus, no waiting time at either end for the bus. Only improvement would be for the driver to load and unload our bags rather than expecting us to do it.

Good To Go Drop and Ride T5 Very helpful staff on the phone. Prompt drop off (minibus left as soon as I was ready - 5 mins to T5). I read the directions slightly wrong - the reception building is on the same roundabout exit as the Animal Welfare Centre - once you take this exit reception is opposite the Animal Centre. For pick up I waited 25mins but had another friendly driver so not too bothered. Very good value. Had the feel of a new start up business, hopefully the service and prices will stay the same. Car was as I left it. Recommended.

Good To Go Drop and Ride T5 Very easy to find, checking in our car was efficient, transport was waiting to take us to airport which was a short ride away. On returning to UK, after you clear customs, you have to ring them to pick you up, we waited less than 10 mins. Great service, would use again.

Good To Go Drop and Ride T5 Arrived at 04.00 a.m., not much of a greeting from the gentleman, who did not seem in much of a hurry to see to me. Minibus driver was pleasant on both out and return trips. All Facilities as described on the website.
