  • Good To Go Park and Ride With snowy conditions I was keen to leave plenty of time to get to the airport car park in case of any traffic delays. When I telephoned BCP to ask if there would be a problem if we arrived earlier than our booking time the lady I spoke to was extremely helpful and she changed the arrival time for us. In the event, there were no traffic problems and we arrived early so many thanks to BCP for their helpful flexibility.

  • Good To Go Park and Ride I couldn’t drive down to London due to the snow storm and this was beyond my control. Called customer services to cancel and refund my booking but she rudely told me this cannot be done 24hours before. However I felt my circumstances were extraordinary and corporation should’ve been provided.

  • Good To Go Park and Ride On return found battery flat. Many thanks to the young lady on reception who (1) arranged someone to come to jump start my car (2) apologised profusely at not being able to offer me a hot drink (3) helped me get out of compound when number plate recognition failed. All this in nearly freezing conditions. She should be rewarded for going that little bit further. I wish I had taken he name.

  • Good To Go Park and Ride The reason we pre-booked and paid was because on arrival at in the morning, we had to rush to get the kids to school. When we approached the barrier, the barrier didn't go up. The help line didn't get answered. The lady on the reception repeated that she could not open the barrier and could not help. This carried on for about 25 mins and was very frustrating. Evidently the system was not working but the helpline wasn't working either and it seemed a needless to have pre-booked for speed purposes.

  • Good To Go Park and Ride We were not sure we were in the right place as no Bcp signs anywhere. Called for help but not very helpful. Got home and we were worried anyway put our card in machine came up saying we owed £113 pound had to ring to get this sorted again.

  • Good To Go Park and Ride Terminal 4 Heathrow long term car park is not signposted at all from the road as Good to Go. I had to Sk at the intercom if this was the Good to Go or another one. Please correct this.

  • Good To Go Park and Ride I found the car park easy to use once I found it . More needs to be done to let the client know that they are parking at the long stay car park for terminal 4. It took me several turns around and two phone calls to your help desk to find it. The sat mav leaves you outside the short stay car park.

  • Good To Go Park and Ride As I booked through an affiliate there were no clear signs that the car park was the correct one. Then as I was leaving the machine said I owed £231 for my stay which then I spent 5 mins talking on the speaker. They could not fibd my registration number on the system then I had to find my booking reference
