  • Good To Go Park and Ride Only problem was when going through barrier to exit the machine asked for excess charge of £178. Luckily the assistance from office cleared problem up in few minutes, just snnoying that this should happen. Other than that we had no problems.

  • Good To Go Park and Ride Everything fine until we came to leave the carpark after travelling for about hours by then. Barrier did not automatically activate, and it took about mins for response to buzzer, checking of documentation through the intecom, and 3 atempts at releasing the barrier remotely. Similar problem happened at teh same time to one of our friends at an adjoining barrier, so not a barrier or failure to recognise number plate isue, but appeared to be a systems failure.
