• Park Wise When we got to the car park our battery was flat so the car wouldn't start. We rang the buzzer in the bus stop and a helpful man said he would send someone to help us. Within 5 mins a truck came out and the very pleasant mechanic had us fixed and on our way in no time.

• Park Wise Instructions were good and parking easy on arrival. We arrived back to find the car wouldn't start, flat battery. The staff could not have been more helpful and diffused a stressful situation with a smile. We would use again in a heartbeat

• Park Wise not impressed with an email sent by BCP at 10.30 pm telling us the location of parking had changed. This was 2 hours before we left home, and we only noticed the email by chance. However, all went smoothly on arrival at car park.

• Park Wise I always use BCP (usually at Gatwick). It wasn't so easy at Heathrow, mainly because I didn't get email about changes to parking until I got home. Also at Gatwick your car is parked for you and finding a parking place was quite difficult as so many areas were coned off. We had trouble getting out as although we paid at time of booking on phone months before, the machine took our ticket and wanted more money. We had to go to reception and sort it out. However they were very helpful and we were soon on our way.

• Park Wise Re-directed to another car park on arrival (long term parking). This was totally unexpected and took additional time. Instructions given by car park staff on how to deal with long term parking ticket on return to the UK were confusing and resulted in more time wasting. Unsatisfactory!

• Park Wise My only negative comment was the situation that having booked with Parkwise I was only told on arrival that the site was closing and I was re-directed without paperwork or other proof to a different site and had no knowledge of how and where to get the bus on my return, and whether my prepaid parking would be honoured. Fortunately it was, but along with fellow travellers booked at Parkwise, it was a worrying time.
  In fact, all was well, and the parking and bus arrangements were very satisfactory, and I shall book again on future travels.

• Park Wise Weren't given a phone number to call bus, number given by directory enquiries was unmanned, taxi refused to take us to the car park, only got there because another bus service kindly got us there. Outrageous.

• Park Wise We had used Park Wise at Heathrow on a previous trip and, given our experience then, decided to use them again this time. We were not disappointed. Far from it. They were efficient, friendly and most helpful. And they were cheaper than everyone else. What's not to like? Highly recommended.

• Park Wise Hassle free - much quicker than parking at the massive carparks and getting a big bus -less walking and lots of time saved. Very organised and efficient staff. Only a 5 min wait for the shuttle minibus on arrival back to Heathrow.

• Park Wise ParkWise was over booked and we had to be redirected to Heathrow long stay car park instead. Although the communication between the two was good and we ended up with a far better facility in which to park at no extra cost, it was an unneccesary disruption at the start of our holiday.

• Park Wise Very smooth. Arrived, and car was checked within a few minutes. Baggage was loaded onto a very smart minibus as soon as we took them out of the car. We were given a card with instructions on what to do when we returned. We left within approx 5 mins of arriving. When at terminal, driver showed us where pick up point would be on our return. Luggage unloaded quickly. Our holiday started! On return, we rang when we got our luggage, collected a coffee on our way to the pick up point. Minibus arrived within a couple of minutes. Same driver, who asked about our new grandchild, as he had remembered why we were travelling away. Then straight to car park, straight in to collect our keys. Car parked in front row, and we were off. Fantastic.
