  I rang from the bus stop, I was the only one there at the time.
  When the bus arrived 25 minutes later, there were such a crowd I could not get on so had to wait for the next bus !!

• Purple Parking Business I had used this particular park before so finding it was quite easy. Might help to direct people from the Heathrow spur as well as traffic on the M4 can build up; that happened to us but we knew where to do a U turn back. Very efficient and friendly staff.

• Purple Parking Business It was fantastic, was in a real hurry as I thought I was going to miss my flight due to miscalculation and getting lost trying to find the car park and the staff was very kind and helpful, even though it was Saturday 6am! I was quickly taken to the terminal and managed to catch my flight. Great on the way back too, even though I had to wait a little bit to be picked up and it was freezing!

Clean and modern facilities. The transfers out and back were punctual and the drivers were helpful with luggage. Whilst abroad we extended our flights and emailed Purple Parking to extend the parking - they responded quickly and quoted a fair price for the extra 3 days. Very happy with everything and would highly recommend.

• Purple Parking Business Small problem finding the parking as the carpark name had changed to Purple Parking and we had not been informed of such. Check in was v.good. Had a 30 min delay in being picked up, a bit miffed at the time with it being so cold. Now I've thawed out, delay probably just about acceptable.
