We had no problems getting the shuttle to and from the airport - the route back had to go via terminal 4 rather than a direct return to the car park. However it probably only added 10 minutes to the journey.. The extra day was dealt with - no problems. The drivers were courteous and friendly. I will certainly be recommending it to my friends.

• Purple Parking Business Very good service, my only comment is that I sat on the bus waiting to go to the airport for about 20 minutes, not too much of a problem as I'd checked in on-line but would have made me anxious otherwise. A quick word from the driver to explain how long we would be waiting would have been appreciated.

On return we had 3mins to wait for transport back to the car park and car ready on our arrival. Very impressed with the service and would use again and recommend to others.
