• Purple Parking Business All went well outward. On returning we had rather a long wait for the transport. Seemed like half an hour but maybe 20mins. Otherwise staff very pleasant and helpful, will definetly use next time.

• Purple Parking Business All went fine. Only comment is that the bus stop no 22 at terminal 3 Heathrow needs re positioning so that you can see it when you approach the bus stops. It needs moving from the side.

• Purple Parking Business I've used Quality Parking (Purple Business) once a month for many years. The only issue is the return pickup is sometimes quite slow. The departure is usually very good - within about 10 minutes. Return wait can be 20 minutes.

We were dealt with swiftly and efficiently and didn't have to wait very long at all for our transfer to the airport and on our return we were collected very quickly as well. All in all it was a very good service and very reasonably priced.

The only thing I would say is that it would be helpful if the driver called out which terminal we had stopped at....in my excitement I nearly got out at the wrong terminal! He did soon put me right though!
