  • Purple Parking Long Stay This is the first, and probably last, time I would use Purple Parking. The staff were at the best indifferent, the drop off back at the car park poor and the hanging around waiting for the bus to leave too long. Basically, it was the cheapest and the level of service reflects this.

  • Purple Parking Long Stay I have used Purple Parking's meet & greet before - pretty good. This time used their Long Term Parking. Getting to it is quite a trail. Waiting for bus on return was pretty long. Trip back to car park was pretty long. Getting back to M4/M25 was pretty long. All in all - would use their Meet & Greet again but not the Long Term Parking. Time loss is too much after a long haul flight and lower cost not worth it.

  • Purple Parking Long Stay Drop off was fine. However on return I rang and requested the mini bus as the policy and card stated. Arrived at the bus stop with no bus there. I rang through and spoke to a women by the name of Margery. Very rude women, who said if I wished to make a complaint I could do it when I returned and hung up on me. Phoned through again speaking to a lady who was the supervisor by the name of Lynn. Agreed that this behaviour was not acceptable and said it would be referred to the manager and they would listen to the call. I've heard nothing. Disgraceful service.

  • Purple Parking Long Stay Luggage was taken away in mini bus to airport whilst we were in toilet. Staff managed to stop bus and turn around to collect us. This was after we asked to go to toilet.

  • Purple Parking Long Stay No. Whilst the set up was convenient, prompt and the car was fine on pick up, the manner in which it is done is terrible. The drivers throw the vans around driving without consideration for the passengers. The ride on the way back from the airport to collect our car was terrible! The driver made us put our own bags in the trailer, didn't smile or welcome us once, and his driving skills were terrible. When we got bavk to the compound he gave us the wrong car keys, swore when we told him, gave no apology, then races the van back to the office. Overall the customer service and driving skills rapidly need improving.
