• Multi-storey Mynimberplate was recognised at the barrier, found disabled parking space easily. Obtained replacement notice for my disabled badge from nearby ticket office, so I could take my badge on holiday with me. Walked straight across the road to the terminal building. All completed within 15 minutes,excellent service. On return, simply inserted ticket in machine at barrier and drove off. Obviously more expensive to park in multi storey but it is the closest available parking and I could not have walked from any other car park .

• Multi-storey bcp deserted me after many bookings. french atc strike marooned me in france for 4 days. my mobile could not access your 0800 number. a land line worked, and i was told read your t and c's, and pay the extra for my car park at liverpool.. my problem was obviously no longer your interest. when you sort out my t and c's as a loyal customer i may reconsider you.

• Multi-storey Due to ATC strike in France, we had to cancel our flights and dive to France, thus having no need of the parking space. Very unimpressed that you would not refund our payment, unlikely to book with you again.

• Multi-storey A seamless experience. On arrival a ticket was produced,the barrier raised and I found a parking bay on level 4. The signage was clear and the car park was well lit.
  The return experience was equally straightforward. You simply insert your ticket. The barrier raises and you are on your way!
