• Multi-storey I had booked the car parking twice by mistake so I cancelled one but on leaving the car park it would not let me out presumably as the cancellation had not been recognised as the assistant said I was in wrong car park as I had booked long stay not multi-storey but I had documentation which clearly stated multi-storey.

• Multi-storey My vehicle wasn't recognised on the approach to Liverpool Airport multi storey. Its only a small issue but this isn't the first time I have parked the same vehicle at this location and all went smooth on previous ocassions.

• Multi-storey When we tried to leave the car park we were asked to pay £400. The attendant we spoke to said there was no record of our booking and it took approximately 15 minutes for the barrier to be lifted. The person we spoke to was abrupt and unhelpful, making us feel that WE had made some mistake. When the barrier was finally lifted there was no apology and we do not feel that the situation was handled well. We have used BCP on numerous occasions but on this occasion were not impressed by the customer service.
