• Will use again BUT won't be happy to see the chap who picked us up on Thursday 20-06-2013 @ approx 11:30
  He was too busy playing on his phone to answer me when I asked if it was the correct bus I was on. Gave the couple behind me wrong information again because he was too rude and busy playing on his phone, which resulted in them staying on the bus wrongly and had to catch the next shuttle back to the airport. Not somthing any one wants to do at midnight when they are tired

• Excellent. The check-in procedure was as quick as it could be. The bus was waiting as it happened so we didn't even have to wait 15 minutes. Airports are such a time-consuming experience these days, usually taking the shine off any visit abroad, hence it was fantastic that the car parking process was pain-free. Thank you.

• carparkz at Luton airport was great. I would recommend it to anyone travelling from Luton. The minibus takes you straightaway to the airport - no waiting around in a huge long stay carpark. It takes 5 mins approx to the airport - perfect.
