  • Mid Stay we changed the car before going, also the flight times changed, the representative was so helpful and we had a big delay on the flight home and the car park ticket had expired, no problems just called at the barrier and was let out with no fuss Brilliant all round service, will recommend to anyone i know flying from the airport.Well done!

  • Mid Stay Would like to see a more frequent bus service picking people up at the car park at 5am in the morning had to wait nearly a hour because first bus was full , you need to look at the number of passengers you have early each day.

  • Mid Stay not too happy this time: arrived when one bus was about to pull out - not allowed on as it was full; then the same bus came back minutes later - again full, but this time all managed to squeeze on. I think they should have had two busses on esp as there are roadworks - and there was delay at the paying machines at the exit - not enough pay lanes. have written to customer services to point this out.

  • Mid Stay I would have given 9/10 had we not have to wait for the bus for minutes in the cold and the fact that the car park charges are doubling next month -which is UNACCEPTABLE .We have switched now to another airport due to this.

  • Mid Stay BCP are always fair -however the problem is with the mis-management of the carpark by apcoa .Despite 4 or 5 patrol cars no one bothers to direct customers to empty spaces .The empty spaces are so very,very hard to find these days -its really pot luck!The carparking charges have also doubled to £47 for 2 days from 2017 which is more than the price of air ticket so we will be moving our bussiness to another airport which charges sensible prices for carparking.

  • Mid Stay dreadful access to car park - at 5.45 am we queued for half hour to access car park. Car park is appalling. too narrow spacing between rows, inadequate signposting of row numbers , inadequate exit signs

  • Mid Stay The booking was easy and the price good. The car park is massive so we had to park a long way from the nearest bus stop. The shuttle bus was ok - took ages to come to the airport on the way back, but not the other way round fortunately. The pre-paid ticket didn't work at the barrier, which caused us to hold up all the other cars trying to get out. A bit stressful. No staff in evidence, just a voice over the machine.

  • Mid Stay On exiting the barrier never opens, we pre book and have tried waiting for the barrier to open with automatic registration recognition and also by inserting the ticket so end up having to ring for assistance, this is the 3rd year running this has happened.
