• Terminal Car Park 1 When I got to the exit I was asked to pay. The barrier only raised after I used the intercom. This happened on several occasions and causes unnecessary delay.

• Terminal Car Park 1 I got a sickness bug the day I was due to fly out to Tenerife from Luton. I cancelled the parking but was told as it was within 35 hours I couldn’t get a refund. I had to pay for another flight to Tenerife and lost out on half of my all I’m inclusive holiday so really would have appreciated getting that money back but some corporation gets to be paid for my misfortune. Disgusting. Won’t be using again.

• Terminal Car Park 1 It was full when we arrived and we drove around up and down looking for an available slot for 20 minutes. Still not a single space available so parked on the yellow lined zone in the end. What was the point of prebooking if your space was not assured?
