• Meet and Greet T1 Extremely helpful on arrival, but wrong label on return which was easily sorted. Right color wrong lane not many cars so very easy to see mine. This is not usual and I will be using this service again it’s the best at the airport bar none.

• Meet and Greet T1 Drop off was fine, but no signage to meet and greet from Terminal 3 when we got back. Went to drop and go car park by mistake, was told loads of people do that, can’t understand why they don’t have signs…
  When I got to the right car park no indiacation as to where my car was other than an illegible scrawl I black felt tip . Had to go outside and press the panic button on the remote fob to find the car.
  When we got to the exit, the first gate we went to was broken. All in all a frustrating experience not to be repeated.
