• Long Stay On our return we along with 35 other travellers waited 27 minutes in pouring rain for the bus. I then was stuck at the exit barrier because the ticket would not allow exit. I had to leave the car and go to the office leaving an angry queue of motorists behind me. Just awful service

• Long Stay On our return only one bus operating. Had to wait 15 minutes - 8.30pm cold,raining, packed standing on transfer bus - poor service .

• Meet and Greet This service is excellent and I always use it when travelling from Newcastle. Staff are pleasant and helpful. It is hassle free and when we got back from holiday the car was ready for us to depart straight away. Recommend this highly.
