• Long Stay No problem finding car park but found signage inside car park a wee bit confusing. Arriving home in darkness it was difficult to see Section signs. Otherwise everything was fine and I will use again. Good Value.

• Long Stay Left hand exit barrier failed to recognise my ticket, had to reverse and use next along to right which worked.

• Long Stay Everything was great as we have used you before except this time we came back to our car with a very flat tyre. We asked if there was any equipment to help us. We were told. That all the mobile decompressors were knackered and there was nothing that anyone could do for us. The staff didn't seem bothered at all!! We limped to the nearest petrol station and got ourselves sorted.....no help from the staff!

• Long Stay Better signage would have been helpful as many roads or parking entrances were closed. Shuttle bus drivers were very helpful with one even beeping the horn to ask if we needed a pick up and hadn't seen him.
