• Bellair Staff were helpful but we were confused as we couldn't find phone that it said on the card we were to phone you from . However a bus arrived , we were taken to one carp ark to drop people off then driven to a car park we didn't recognise and the driver told us our car would be there. It wasn't there and a man arrived and told us the wrong date had been put on our car. He collected the car . We feel the service was poor , not due to your staff but the system you have put into place which seems very complicated compared to previous times we have travelled from Newcastle. Leeds Bradford have a much better system.

• Long Stay Very good early morning service on the day of leaving, but no shuttle bus mid afternoon coming back. Car covered in dust from car park extension next door.

• Long Stay Took quite a while to find a parking space. On return the card would not register in machine and had to go to the office to fix the problem.

• Long Stay Finding a space on arrival was chaotic, everyone was driving around back and forth with no clear direction as to where vacant spaces were. This seems to be getting worse each time I use this car park.

• Long Stay Car park well presented roads not full of potholes very good .even getting out of car park staff at barrier to help get through barrier. Well done will definitely use again ......could possibly have numbers bigger on bus stops

• Long Stay Everything went very smoothly and as was described.Just took the ticket from the entrance barrier ticket machine and waited for the bus at the nearest bus stop.On return to the airport we waited for the transfer bus back to the car park.On exit I just put the ticket in the exit barrier machine to exit the car park.We will be using this facility again on our next flight.
