• Long Stay Our ticket wouldn't let us out the car park because it said we owed money for parking so had to go to the office. The lady that served me was very helpful and sorted the problem very quickly. I suppose the only person it would have bothered was the car behind us cos he had to wait a few minutes. Despite this we always use BCP and have not had any problems before.

• Long Stay Have used the facilities several times over the past few years and have always found them very acceptable. Layout can be a bit confusing with areas closed off and designated as "full" when a number of parking places can be clearly seen. Staff very helpful indeed.
