I therefore tried to telephone the helpline to be kept on hold too long & had to cancel the call without receiving any help. Waiting with worry about cost on mobile

• JetParks 1 Excellent - quick and easy. Transfer bus picked up within 10 minutes and again, on return, only waited 10 minutes for transfer back. Car park was secure and I did see security patrols which was reassuring my vehicle would be safe.

• JetParks 1 Used the facility where a blue badge holder can stay in the short stay car parking at East Midlands Airport for the long term rate. This was so much handier than trying to get the wheelchair and all the luggage onto the transfer coach. helpful friendly and polite staff made it simple throughout and wouldn't hesitate to use this facility again.
