  • JetParks 1 Staff on bus to and from car park friendly. Bus waiting on return journey. The only disadvantage was car park spaces not clearly marked quite narrow and gravel uneven

  • JetParks 1 The post code was confusing, we went to the wrong place, although warned, as we were not familiar with where the car park was. fortunately they let us out without charge. parking was very tight.

  • JetParks 1 Car park was so easy to find thanks to the email with directions/instructions.
    From unloading the cases out of the car we literally got straight on the bus to the airport. This was the same on our return,we walked out the airport to the bus stop straight outside and got straight on the bus.

  • JetParks 1 Your satnav address took us to East Midlands Airport carpark and although you put directions at the end of your confirmation it is tiny print when your driving
    Would it not be possible to have a signpost at the first set of traffic lights from the M1 pointing straight on and then another sign at the roundabout to say turn in here as I turned towards Caldwell Park and had to turn round
    I also messed up with my return date by a day but could not extend online when I realised I just had to pay an extra £10 even though an email I received quoted me an extra £7

    Arrived and could not gain entry to park1, advised to use jet2
    From there all went according to booking
    Shame your system is not upto the actual on site conditions
    VERY frustrating for your customers who rely on your information.

  • JetParks 1 Bit difficult to locate but otherwise everything went smoothly, other than being unable to get past barrier leaving which wouldn't raise. Spoke to assistant who took my details and raised barrier with no issue. Great service.

  • JetParks 1 Jet Park 1 is in an excellent, easy to find location. The busses are very regular. Not quite enough room in the shelters. The ground is very uneven & difficult to walk on.

  • JetParks 1 trouble free parking, but I and many more encountered problems at the exit barrier had to back up four times before the sensor picked up the registration on the vehicle the infra red sensor may require better positioning to make it trouble free operation
