Two days late getting back and the gentleman who answerd my call wen trying to exit the car park could not have been any more helpful , he waved the thirty pounds parking fee and wished me a good day .fantastik end to a stressful two days . • Mid Stay 1 Car park failed to recognise number plate again which meant entry and exit were difficult.there was no means of contacting anyone and left us waiting for 10min trying to get out. This is not the first time it has happened.

• Mid Stay 1 Not a bad proximity to departures but pathways are a little rough around actuall car park for trolley use. Couldn’t push trolleys through car park as no access between cars. Well priced and a smooth service though, so would use again.

• Mid Stay 1 Our flights were cancelled and we had to extend our stay. We called BCP as we were worried about the car. They were really helpful and it was no problem to extend our stay. The additional charges were reasonable and the process was stress free - thank you!
