• Mid Stay 1 No, the carpark at East Midlands was difficult to find and getting out after the holiday was almost impossible. We were given a plastic disc going in, we didn't realise the machine hadn't recognised our number plate. The machine wouldn't accept the disc going out we were 20 mins trying then looking for assistance! What a nightmare!!!! We haven't had a problem with BCP car parks before.

• Mid Stay 1 Mid Stay 1 is slightly further away than Mid Stay 2 from the main airport buildings. Difficult walk to/from the departure buildings with wheeled cases as the path is not smooth all the way. Secure compound though and easy access to/from the M1.

• Mid Stay 1 Car park is now labelled up differently to what I booked so if I hadn't been before would not have known where to park. Barrier did not open automatically on entry or return apparently because the system had changed and we were on the old system so they struggled to find our booking
