• Short Stay 2 This is the second time I've used EMA parking this year.
  The only problem I've had both times is that the NPRS does not read my number plate! It's a metal plate located in the correct position. Is this a common problem?
  Luckily I now know which button to press on the Car park control panel and the operator is able to open the barries remotely. Other than this small irritation the system suits me fine.

• Short Stay 2 I didn't need to interact with any staff as the entry into the car park was as expected and trouble free. The departure terminal was a short walk from the car park.

• Short Stay 2 One problem on our return the pedestrian access to the car park was obstructed that created a problem as the obstruction was caused by a parked vehicle which did not help my disabled wife - can I suggest you look into painting a yellow no parking box at that location - apart from that observation we had no other problems

• Short Stay 2 Once we found car park it was very good. Only complaint we was looking for BCP parking and not express parking but once sussed all fine. Barrier lifted straight away got parked and off we went and same coming home. Very happy would use again.

  £11 per day for 3 days, seemed a bit pricey but reasonable compared to other options (limited choice)
