• Short Stay 2 I would not use Express Park again unless the entry/exit system is greatly improved. I pre-paid, but was issued with a token at the gate, which did not work on exit - although I was told by the office that it would, and so had several trips backwards and forward to the office to sort it out.

• Short Stay 2 Easy access to park. Directions to Departures could be better but is less than a 5 minute walk. Slight problem on leaving park when I was digitally informed at barrier that I owed an extra £8. This was resolved quickly on buzzing 'Assistance' although no explanation was offered

• Short Stay 2 When trying to leave car park and entering card, meter showed a parking cost and gate would not lift, which grieved me as I had payed in advance. However a quick word over the speaker to your staff settled the matter.

• Short Stay 2 No problems, other than a slight glitch when we left East Midlands Airport as our barrier card would not work. Only a short delay as we spoke to a staff member who opened the barrier for us.

• Short Stay 2 Everything ran smoothly with our parking at East Midlands, even down to the fact that I had to telephone to advise we were stuck in a traffic jam and would be late arriving, this was noted on our booking so we had no problem at all when entering the car park. In fact we have never had any problems when booking with BCP always finding staff very helpful and friendly

  and re-directed to long stay car park upon our return couldn't get out of car park and had to wait 5mins until we spoke to someone who then released the barrier.

• Short Stay 2 I could not believe how easy Express parking was, drove to barrier ticket issued plenty of spaces, on return put ticket in at barrier and out. The airport was a 3 minute walk brilliant will use again.

• Short Stay 2 Very impressed we arrived early gained entry into car park no problem , flight delayed by 3 hours , I expected to pay additional charge on exit from car park this was not the case

• Short Stay 2 disappointed when we came back late at night that our car registration wasn't recognised. We had to wait nearly five minutes before somebody answered the tannoy.
  Even then he couldn't immediately find the record of us having paid.
  I will book again but we dont need that problem at that time of night.
