Drive up to the outer gate and your number plate will be read by the security system. Once you have been buzzed in, drive through the gates, park in front of the offices and head to the reception. After taking your keys, the receptionist will arrange for your transfer to the airport terminal. You will also be given a card with the phone number for the transfer service, which you will need to call upon your return.
When you return
Call the number on the card you were given and the transfer bus will pick you up from the place where you were previously dropped off. At the car park, your vehicle will be waiting exactly where you left it - all you need to do is pick up your keys from reception and hit the road.
Transfers to and from Southampton airport
A courtesy transfer bus service runs from the car park taking approximately 10 minutes. The service is available upon request 24 hours a day and is included in the price of the booking.

- Your car must be road worthy with an MOT and valid road tax to be eligible for WF parking services. If your car is illegal or unsafe to drive, you will be refused entry into the park without the possibility of a refund.
- If you park for longer than booked, you will be charged at a rate of £10 per day.
- The carpark takes vehicles of a standard size (2.4m x 4.8m and under 2m in height). For vehicles that exceed this size, an extra charge will be made.
