  • Long Stay 3 Overall a very good experience. The ease of parking at Southend and the location so near to the terminal were very good. However, there were not very clear instructions on email regarding exit procedure. We were unsure whether we had to put the ticket through the machine first or just approach the barrier. We tried the barrier approach but it did not lift and we had to give our details over the intercom to get out.

  • Long Stay 3 Car park excellent. Reasonable price and very close to terminal. When i put my ticket in machine after tiring journey it claimed i owed £120 . As i had prepaid I was shocked by this. Issue quickly resollved after contacting attendant but caused some stress after long day!!

  • Long Stay 3 Entry and exit were fine and we walked to the terminal alrhough not far, we thought it was even closer. Please note if you park near the exit barrier, we didn't realise it was quicker to walk back through the car oark towards a gap in the fencing thus saving walking longer around the edge

  • Long Stay 3 Signage to Car Park 3 is quite difficult to find in the dark. Spent a while looking for it. Car parks 1 and 2 easier to find and have bigger signage. This is at Southend Airport.

  • Long Stay 3 Number plate not recognised. Nowhere near as secure as other car parks used- just a plastic pole barrier, no one around and unclear as to whether inside a fence or outside. Postcode takes you somewhere else.

  • Long Stay 3 On our return, we were asked to pay £255 and that caused my wife to have a panick attack. It then took a while to convince the service attendant i had paid £87 in advance online. By the time this was sorted my wife was crying, so I do not think I will be taking that chance again.
