• Meet and Greet When we arrived they were unable to find the keys for appeomarley 20 mins! This was very distressing as we had a sick 18 month old child with us and a long drive to follow. Very poor for the money we spent to get extra convenience

• Meet and Greet Self check in was closed but there was no queue in reception so all very speedy. We were clearly directed to park. Collection was also very easy, no queue again and our car was ready waiting for us even though we were a bit earlier than planned. So much more efficient than the other meet and greet services we've used

• Meet and Greet All went comparatively smoothly but on entry I was told a Marshall would be there to tell me where to park but there was no Marshall so I had to just park and hope I was in the right place. On return there were very long queues and both staff were dealing with clients with problems which delayed things even longer.
