• Short Stay Booking via website, rates, and drop off arrangements for Aberdeen Airport were good.
  Pick up and exit of car park were spoiled due to ticket not being accepted at barrier.
  This was resolved after discussion with operations team in service booth.
  This is the second time this has happened when trying to leave.

• Long Stay No problems.Parking easy & booking inline made the
  parking very easy.Also a bus comes round the car park at
  regular times,as at Aberdeen,the Long Stay park is about
  yards from the terminal

• Park and Depart Will definitely use BCP again! Directions were spot on, got to the car park as a bus was pulling in, got out of the airport and the bus was there waiting, so we didn’t have any waiting about with young children..quick and easy! Thank you very much :)
