• APH On my return it was pouring with rain. I was unable to see the gate code due to them ark and rain. The area was not lit and the staff were unhelpful . Eventually they opened the gate due to the long que to leave.

• APH I was very disappointed and annoyed on my return to the car park. It was dark and raining heavy. On getting to the gate I could not see the gate code which was unlit and the code that I attempted failed. The staff were unhelpful saying to put the code in again. Eventually they opened the gate but stayed seated in the warm and dry

• APH Staff on the bus were really helpful and very friendly. Staff in the reception were also welcoming. No queues waiting to hand over keys or collect them and car very close to pick up. Car park felt very secure and very clean and tidy, also easy to find. Only down side which was clearly indicated is the time taken to reach the airport.
