• APH Excellent, used this twice this year and highly recommend. Perfect location for us, friendly and helpful staff (more so the drivers than the ladies behind the counter). Seamless drop off and pick up, will definitely use again if we fly from Birmingham.

• APH Never usually have a problem with APH but on the return journey we waited 40 minutes for a bus to arrive. That is just not acceptable. One lady rang and she was told she couldn't possibly have waited 40 mins, but we certainly did. It was freezing. Apart from that issue the service received was good.

• APH Everything was so easy! Car checked in very quickly. Travel to the airport is approx 20minutes. On arriving back, you text that you’ve landed and there is a bus waiting, once again car picked up very quickly! Would use again!

• APH The staff were quite rude and abrupt, calling another customer a liar in front of us when he couldn’t find his ticket. My car had dirt marks on it all along one side, I wiped them off to make sure that it wasn’t a big scratch, because it was pretty large.

• APH You had to flights come in at the same time on the Tuesday it was cold and you should of sent 2 buses as it was dangerous as the bus was over crowded!

• APH Really easy process. We gave keys to reception team and boarded the shuttle bus to the airport. When we arrived back in the UK we only had to wait a couple of minutes for the shuttle bus. We have used this car park several times and had no issues and would recommend.
